All my cakes are made with fresh ingredients and are traditionally baked in my kitchen at home. You are welcome to book an appointment and come and visit me where we can discuss your requirements.

My celebration cakes are usually plain sponge with a layer of jam and butter icing. I can change the flavour if you require to carrot cake, chocolate or fruit.

The flowers, animals and models are handmade from icing so they are edible, (apart from the odd jewel or bling).

My fruit cakes are made from an old recipe that my Mother used for years and I soak my fruit in brandy beforehand.

Celebration cakes start from £40 but please do ask me.

If you would like a big homemade double-layer sponge cake filled with butter icing, you can choose the toppings from maltesers, smarties or chocolate buttons with a personal plaque for £15. Or maybe a small sugarcraft model and flowers.

Coffee Mornings, get togethers, parties or groups

If you would like a dozen eccles cakes, scones or fairy cakes I can make them to order.

I also make delicious lemon drizzle; chocolate and orange sponge; flapjack; fruit loaves; walnut cakes; carrot cakes; chocolate rice crispy cakes; plain sponge; fruit cake; and chocolate cake.

Lastly I make amazing tiffin - it's rich and chocolately so why not order a few slices to pop in the fridge. (These are not for sharing!)
